- Payment of 10% on the Completion of the internal Plaster Work and 1st and 2nd Fix for Electrical and Plumbing Works.
- Payment of 10% on the Completion of Aluminum Work and Insulation and Plastering Exterior Walls. - Payment of 5% on the Completion of Tiling Work.
